Our phone systems are now feature complete and working the Reddog way ... After two years of research and development the last piece of the puzzle is coming together. Digital Faxing throughout our clients organisations will save time, money and infrastructure as well as allow clients to fax via a web page instead of a physical fax. Digital faxing allows organisations to manage the flow of information, easily track the flow of faxes and then push them to other software within the organisation. It also allows faxes to be emailed to recipients (saving significant money on printing) seamlessly as the fax is received. Digital faxing also allows our clients to allocate a metropolitan phone number as a fax contact to outlying areas. This means that outlying sites no longer have to contend with substandard faxing because of phone line quality issues.

Our phone system solution is now complete and we have a working phone system with all the features working in the "Reddog Way". Rollout to clients with existing phone systems will start within the next week. All phone systems will be replaced with the new version and there will be no cost to clients with existing phone systems.
